Navigating the Bhagavad Gita together over the course of the year.

What’s involved:-

Every Full moon you will receive a newsletter related to the Bhagavad Gita including themes from the text or suggestions for practice, followed by a few extra prompts on the New moon along the same theme.

An intro call where we will come together as a group and introduce ourselves and six further online discussion groups over the course of the year providing space to openly discuss the material shared. Ideally you would attend and join the discussion groups as much as possible (on the dates mentioned below) but I will also record these and send through for those who can’t attend every one but would still like to listen into what is hopefully a lively discussion.

Meeting online every two months hopes to enrich reflection and discussion on the material and help us grapple with the text together whilst also providing consistent support.

Although the Gita will be our principal text for the year, we will also continue to observe the seasons and and the transitions of the year as we have throughout 2024 by celebrating the solstice and equinox and considering approaches to seasonal living. Our intro call will situate us together as a group at the start in the depths of Winter.
