easterly westerly year long immersion 2026
This is a continuation from the group immersion of 2025
Having covered chapters 1-12 so far we will continue navigating the Bhagavad Gita together a chapter a month for the first 6 months of 2026 completing chapters 13-18. We will then spend the later part of the year revisiting, reviewing and pulling together our core learnings individually and as a group.
What’s involved:-
Every Full moon you will receive a newsletter related to the Bhagavad Gita including themes from the text or suggestions for practice, followed by a few extra prompts on the New moon along the same theme.
Six online discussion groups over the course of the year providing space to openly discuss the material shared. Ideally you would attend and join the discussion groups as much as possible (on the dates mentioned below) but I will also record these and send through for those who can’t attend every one but would still like to listen into what is hopefully a lively discussion.
Meeting online approximately every two months hopes to enrich reflection and discussion on the material and helps us grapple with the text together whilst also providing consistent support.
Although the Gita will be our principal text for the year, we will also continue to observe the seasons and and the transitions of the year as we have throughout 2024/25 by celebrating the solstice and equinox and considering approaches to seasonal living.

Conclusions and Celebrations
Immersion includes:-
Six online discussions via Zoom. Monthly newsletters on the full moon and a new moon prompt for the first six months as we cover chapter 13-18 (January - June). We will take a summer break for July and August. Chapter reviews and prompts on Full and New moons in the second half of the year (September - December) to solidify learnings.
£175 one off payment OR £198 - 12 monthly payments of £16.50
